We discuss the feasibility of spontaneous CP violation being induced by radiative corrections in 2HDM’s. Specifically, we analyze the cases of gaugino/higgsino effect on MSSM, and a new model with an extra exotic quark doublet. Vacuum Stability in two-Higgs doublet models

In this work we review the status of tree-level vacuum stability in general two-Higgs doublet models. We also discuss the problem of Normal minima in some classes of potentials. In some of these potentials, Normal minima can coexist leading to potentially dangerous physic scenarios as, for instance, a two step spontaneous symmetry breaking.

We discuss the features of a two-Higgs doublet model exhibiting a two stage phase transition. At finite temperatures electric charge violating stationary points are developed.
